<p style="text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><br />Frazer&rsquo;s primary business is as a software-as-a-service provider of funeral technology services, including website, payment processing, insurance, search engine optimization, marketing and ecommerce services, to funeral homes and other funeral professionals (our &ldquo;Clients&rdquo;). In connection with this facet of Frazer&rsquo;s business, Frazer collects and stores personal information regarding individuals who visit and utilize certain functions or features of our Clients&rsquo; websites (&ldquo;End Users&rdquo;). This Privacy Notice applies to Frazer&rsquo;s collection and use of Client and End User personal information but not to our Clients use of such personal information.<br /><br />Frazer also maintains an online presence, including an ecommerce store, the Tribute Store, offering certain funeral paraphernalia and related products, and a web repository, the Tribute Archive, containing obituaries, a listing of funeral homes, and other funeral-related content in connection with which personal information may be collected from individuals (&ldquo;Tribute Users&rdquo;). This Privacy Notice also applies to Frazer&rsquo;s collection and use of personal information from Tribute Users and other individuals who interact directly with Frazer.</p>

As part of this service, we share a unique identifier with Google Analytics. You further acknowledge and agree that you relinquish all ownership rights in any ideas or suggestions that you submit to Frazer through the Sites. The Sites are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws, and no materials from the Sites may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way without our express permission. All trademarks and service marks on the Sites belong to Frazer, except third-party trademarks or service marks, which are the property of their respective owners.</li>
